At AnalyzeForce, we strive to deliver top-quality data analysis consultations, AI modeling, and training services. This policy outlines our delivery process, refund, and return conditions for the services you purchase from our website.
1. Delivery of Services
1.1 Consultations
⦁ Once you book a consultation session through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session, including date, time, and meeting link (if conducted online).
⦁ All online consultations will be delivered via (Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams, etc.) based on your selected preference.
⦁ For on-site consultations (if applicable), a detailed plan will be shared within 5 business days of booking confirmation.
1.2 Training Programs
⦁ After registering for a training course, you will receive an email with login credentials to access the training materials and schedule.
⦁ If the training is live, you will receive the meeting details at least 24 hours before the session begins.
⦁ For pre-recorded or self-paced training, access will be granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Conditions
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
⦁ Consultations:
⦁ Cancellations made at least 15 days before the scheduled consultation will be eligible for a full refund.
⦁ Cancellations made less than 15 days before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
⦁ Training Programs:
⦁ If you cancel your registration for a live training session at least 15 days before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
⦁ For pre-recorded or self-paced training programs, refunds are not available once the content has been accessed.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services
⦁ Services that have been delivered (e.g., completed consultations) are non-refundable.
⦁ Training programs where substantial progress has been made (e.g., 50% of the course completed) will not qualify for a refund.
